Pacific Island Family Services

These targeted learning programmes assist Pacific Island Families to obtain the knowledge and skills they need.

As a community social service, the ATWC programmes offer both home-building skills and assistance in other related issues within the family. The Pacific Island team at ATWC is recognised as a quality and trusted service by the Pacific Islands community and government agencies. All staff have professional qualifications.

Within each of these comprehensive programmes we offer:

ATWC has consulted with other Pacific Island communities, service providers and agencies for their views on our programmes.

Our programme facilitators comprise a multi-cultural team who are fluent in:

• Cook Island Maori
  
• Samoan
  
• Tongan

Appointments

For an appointment you do not need a referral from anyone. Just telephone (09) 276 - 3729

Fees

Individual counselling
$75.00 per session
Co-therapy
$150.00 per session

The ATWC has a sliding scale of fees based on what you can afford. This is negotiable and will be discussed with you at your first interview.
We may also be able to assist with accessing other
sources of funding.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality is maintained.
The only exception is when there is some risk to either the client or others. This would be discussed with the client.
