Preschool Enrolment Request Form
Fill out this form to request a place for your child/children at St George's Preschool or St Mary's Preschool.
You may request preferred hours of enrolment for your child. Your Centre Manager will advise you about the options available and we will try to accommodate your needs.
Please Note: Preschool Enrolment Policy requires all children to enrol for a minimum of two days.
